Insurance information

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW) 
is mandatory for debit card renters. CDW relieves the renter of all financial responsibility for the rental car, less deductible assessed, whether the renter's fault or third party for auto to auto accidents.

Exclusions: CDW does not cover vandalism, auto-object damage, tires, rims, hubcaps, & non-collision-related glass window breakage.

SUPER CDW (SCDW) 
relieves the renter of financial responsibility for the deductible required under  CDW, in the case of accidental damage whether the renter's fault or a third-party auto-auto accident. 

Exclusions: SCDW does not cover vandalism, auto-object damage, tire, rims, hubcaps, & non-collision-related glass window breakage.

Theft Protection Coverage (TPC) 
protects the renter from the cost of the vehicle replacement in the event of theft of the rental car, the cost of the vehicle parts replacement in the event of stolen vehicle parts, & the cost of repair for damages to the rental car caused by malicious acts of vandalism with intent to steal. 

Exclusions: TPC does not cover the cost of replacement of stolen personal effects.

Protection Accident Insurance (PAI) 
will not apply if the renter has violated the terms & conditions of the Rental Agreement, or if the loss results from intentionally self-inflicted injury, while committing or attempting to commit an assault or felony, or in consequence of being intoxicated or under the influence of any narcotic.

Roadside Service - 
$4.95 per day. Should customer have any issues at any time for a flat tire, key lock out, or other vehicle related issues. They can contact our office for assistance.

Rescue Fee - 
$25 one-time fee. If customer doesn’t purchase the Roadside Service and still requires assistance, they will be charged this one-time fee.
